According to the Ukrainian leader, the government and state-owned Naftogaz are working “with absolute precision” to build new foreign energy partnerships ahead of the winter season, with agreements expected in July.

“I am grateful to all partners for their willingness to cooperate with Ukraine on equal terms,” Zelensky wrote, adding that Kyiv has identified key political priorities to strengthen with international leaders.
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko also briefed Zelensky on fuel security and regional resilience plans. But the president warned that delays in some communities could lead to personnel decisions.
“Some communities are, unfortunately, lagging behind in their preparatory work. We will draw conclusions, including those related to personnel,” he wrote, thanking those working effectively in the interests of Ukraine and their communities.
