Bulgaria's Acting Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov and several of his ministers arrived in Kyiv on Monday, March 30.

Acting Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov arrived in Kyiv as part of a Bulgarian government official visit.
He is accompanied by a delegation that includes several key ministers: Foreign Minister Nadejda Neynski, Minister of Transport and Communications Korman Ismailov, Minister of Defense Atanas Zapryanov, Minister of Education, Youth and Science Sergei Ignatov, and Minister of Energy Traicho Traikov.
Upon arrival at the railway station in the Ukrainian capital, the Bulgarian officials were met by Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betsa.
It is noted that during the visit, the Bulgarian acting prime minister plans to hold a series of high-level meetings with Ukrainian leadership, including talks with President Volodymyr Zelensky, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, and Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk. The talks are expected to take place within the framework of ongoing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
As reported by Ukrinform, on Wednesday, February 11, Bulgarian President Iliana Yotova appointed Andrey Gyurov, the deputy chairman of the Bulgarian National Bank, as interim prime minister, paving the way for the formation of a government to organize early parliamentary elections.
