Following a hearing lasting more than six hours on Tuesday, it wasn't clear how a three-justice panel of the High Court of Justice would rule on petitions challenging the appointment of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's military secretary, Roman Gofman, as the next director of the Mossad intelligence agency.
