The IDF issued an evacuation notice to residents in southern Lebanon to "immediately evacuate to the north of the Zahrani River" as part of its ground incursion beyond the Litani River.

IDF Arabic-language Spokesperson Avichai Adraee issued a warning to residents of the village of Sejoud, stating that in light of Hezbollah activity in the area, the IDF was preparing to act forcefully in the village.
