An Israeli settler driving a vehicle struck and killed 16-year-old Palestinian, Mohammad Majdi al-Ja’bari, as he cycled to school early on Tuesday north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, Wafa reported, citing security sources.

The report said the driver was part of the security detail of an Israeli government minister living in the nearby Kiryat Arba settlement. The incident occurred at about 6am local time on Route 60 near the Beit Einun junction. He died at the scene.
