Have Iran and the U.S. finally reached an agreed draft for the memorandum of understanding? According to a report on Iranian state TV television, an agreement has been drawn up that calls for Iran to restore traffic in the Strait of Hormuz to prewar levels within a month and for the U.S. to withdraw its forces from the vicinity of Iran and lift its naval blockade.
