Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces shelled 39 settlements in the Kherson region, killing one person and injuring another.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, stated this on Telegram.
"Over the past day, Beryslav, Novodmytrivka, Bilozerka, Novooleksandrivka, Borozenske, Rakivka, Nadiivka, Dariivka, Khreshchenivka, Novoraisk, Novovorontsovka, Liubymivka, Antonivka, Vesele, Dniprovske, Zymivnyk, Kizomys, Mykilske, Mylove, Molodizhne, Monastyrske, Odradokamianka, Olhivka, Osokorivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Sofiivka, Tokarivka, Yantarne, Veletynske, Rozlyv, Tomyna Balka, Naddniprianske, Virivka, Vysoke, Zorivka, Komyshany, Tyahynka, and the city of Kherson were under enemy drone terror, airstrikes, and artillery shelling," Prokudin wrote.
Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas of the region’s settlements. In particular, they damaged two apartment buildings and 10 private houses. The occupiers also damaged an administrative building, a farm, a warehouse facility, and private vehicles.
As a result of the Russian attacks, one person was killed and another was injured.
As Ukrinform previously reported, nine people were injured in the Kherson region the day before last due to Russian aggression.
