U.S. Navy Declares Initial Operational Capability for Modified P-8A Poseidon Patrol Aircraft

The U.S. Navy declared Initial Operational Capability (IOC) for the P-8A Poseidon Increment 3 Block 2 system, Naval Air Systems Command announced Friday.
