It was previously reported that Ukrainian and US negotiating teams would meet in Miami on Saturday 21 March for talks that would be attended by Witkoff.
Zelenskyy outlined his expectations for the Ukrainian delegation's visit to the US, during which preparations for the next trilateral meeting would be among the topics discussed.
He also explained that Ukraine would be represented by only a political delegation at the talks, citing the lack of "political will" to end the war. Russia is not expected to take part in these negotiations.
