Air Defense Forces shot down 135 of the 155 drones used by Russian invaders to attack Ukraine since the evening of May 3.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram.
Starting at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, the Russians launched 155 attack UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, and Parody decoy drones from Kursk, Shatalovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Millerovo (Russia), as well as from the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, Air Defense Forces shot down or neutralized 135 drones in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
Fourteen combat UAVs hit 10 locations, and downed debris was found at four locations.
The attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs in the airspace.
As reported by Ukrinform, in Kherson, due to the deteriorating security situation in the area where the trolleybus fleet is stationed, electric transport services have been suspended.
