New power cuts have hit seven Ukrainian oblasts
Some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, Kherson and Kharkiv oblasts temporarily remain without electricity as of the morning of 23 April following Russian attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.

Details:In Mykolaiv Oblast, one energy worker was injured in a Russian attack on an energy facility. He received all necessary treatment.
Energy workers are working flat out to restore electricity supplies to all consumers as quickly as possible.
Electricity consumption has risen. As of 09:30 on 23 April, it was 4.9% higher than at the same time on the previous day, Wednesday 22 April.
The change was caused by cooler weather compared to the previous day and by cloudy conditions across much of Ukraine, which has reduced the efficiency ofdomesticsolar power plants and increased electricity consumption from the national grid.
