Details: In Mykolaiv Oblast, one energy worker was injured in a Russian attack on an energy facility. He received all necessary treatment.
Energy workers are working flat out to restore electricity supplies to all consumers as quickly as possible.
Electricity consumption has risen. As of 09:30 on 23 April, it was 4.9% higher than at the same time on the previous day, Wednesday 22 April.
The change was caused by cooler weather compared to the previous day and by cloudy conditions across much of Ukraine, which has reduced the efficiency of domestic solar power plants and increased electricity consumption from the national grid.
Background: No blackout schedules for consumers are planned in Ukraine on 23 April.
