Technical talks between the United States, Iran and mediators concluded successfully overnight into Tuesday, Iran's deputy foreign minister said, adding that the sides had agreed on arrangements for future rounds of negotiations.
“When implementing a ceasefire and ending the war becomes difficult, we can resolve it either through missiles or through negotiations,” Ghalibaf told reporters while leaving Switzerland.
Gulf Arab leaders are expected to press Marco Rubio over a draft Iran agreement they fear could reshape regional security and boost Tehran’s power.
