Nine people, including a two-year-old girl, were injured in Kharkiv as a result of a Russian strike on the night of July 8.
According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.
According to the investigation, at around 1:40 a.m., Russian forces struck the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv, reportedly using a Tornado-S multiple launch rocket system.
A church building, more than 20 dwellings, garages, and cars were damaged.
Nine people were injured, including a two-year-old girl. All suffered acute stress reactions. The victims refused hospitalization.
Under the procedural guidance of the Nemyshlianskyi District Prosecutor’s Office in Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported by Ukrinform, Kharkiv was struck by missiles; at least 20 private houses were damaged in the Nemyshlianskyi district.
Missile strikes were also reported in the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv.
