Saudi, Turkey, Egypt urge dialogue after Pakistan-hosted talks

Foreign ministers from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt concluded high-level talks in Pakistan, calling for diplomacy and an immediate end to hostilities in the Gulf crisis.

In a joint readout, the four countries emphasised dialogue, Muslim unity and support for structured negotiations between the United States and Iran.

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said he briefed his counterparts on the prospects of potential US-Iran talks in Islamabad, with the visiting ministers expressing “full support” for the initiative.
