Ukrainian defenders repel 167 Russian assaults over past day – Ukraine's General Staff
Ukraine's defence forces repelled 167 Russian attacks over the past day, with the heaviest fighting on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka fronts.

A total of 167 combat clashes have occurred on the battlefield over the past day, with the most intense fighting recorded on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka fronts.

Quote: "Yesterday [15 March], the enemy launched 101 airstrikes, dropping 287 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 9,122 loitering munitions and conducted 3,525 strikes on settlements and Ukrainian positions, including 155 from multiple-launch rocket systems."
Details: On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in the operational zone in Russia's Kursk Oblast, Ukraine's defence forces repelled four Russian assaults. The Russians launched two airstrikes, using four aerial bombs, and conducted 99 strikes, including two from multiple-launch rocket systems.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, the Russians conducted two assaults on Ukrainian positions towards the village of Vilcha.
On the Kupiansk front, the Russians attacked towards the settlements of Kurylivka, Novoosynove and Hlushkivka four times.
On the Lyman front, the Russians conducted six attacks towards the settlements of Dibrova, Lyman and Drobysheve.
On the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 13 Russian attempts to advance near the settlements of Yampil, Zakitne and Platonivka and towards the settlements of Ozerne, Riznykivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russians attacked near the village of Stupochky three times.
On the Kostiantynivka front, the Russians conducted 23 attacks towards the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka and Novopavlivka and near Pleshchiivka, Berestok and Rusyn Yar.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders stopped 36 Russian assaults towards the settlements of Vilne, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Toretske, Bilytske and Nove Shakhove and near the settlements of Zatyshok, Nykanorivka, Kotlyne, Novomykolaivka, Udachne, Novopidhorodnie, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Molodetske and Filiia.
On the Oleksandrivka front, the Russians conducted 12 attacks near the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Oleksandrohrad, Kalynivske, Berezove, Ternove, Pershotravneve, Novomykolaivka and Zlahoda and towards Verbove.
On the Huliaipole front, 20 Russian attacks were recorded near the city of Huliaipole and towards Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Sviatopetrivka, Olenokostiantynivka and Charivne.
On the Orikhiv front, one combat clash occurred near the village of Pavlivka.
Ukraine's Air Force and Rocket Forces and Artillery units struck two clusters of Russian personnel and three other crucial facilities belonging to the Russians.
