Details: In total, on 23 April, the Russians launched one missile strike using two missiles and 83 airstrikes using 277 guided aerial bombs, deployed 6,620 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,757 artillery strikes on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, including 155 from multiple-launch rocket systems.
Over the past day, Ukraine's Air Force and units from Rocket Forces and Artillery hit four clusters of Russian military personnel.
On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in the operational zone in Russia's Kursk Oblast, four combat clashes were recorded. The Russians carried out an airstrike using three guided aerial bombs and conducted 97 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas, including four from multiple-launch rocket systems.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions six times towards the settlements of Zelene, Lyman and Bochkovе and near Synelnykove.
On the Kupiansk front, Russian forces carried out nine attacks towards the settlements of Radkivka, Podoly, Kurylivka, Novoosynove and Hlushkivka.
On the Lyman front, the Russians made four attempts to break into Ukrainian defences towards the town of Lyman.
On the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian defenders stopped three Russian attempts to advance near Zakitne and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, Russian troops did not carry out any offensive actions.
On the Kostiantynivka front, according to updated reports, the Russians launched 18 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Stepanivka, Sofiivka and Novopavlivka.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders stopped 36 Russian assault actions near Kucheriv Yar, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Udachne, Nykanorivka, Kotlyne, Muravka and Molodetske and towards Bilytske, Myrne and Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka front, the Russians launched 12 attacks near Zelenyi Hai, Kalynivske, Zlahoda, Ternove and Vorone and towards Oleksandrohrad and Lisne.
On the Huliaipole front, 26 Russian attacks took place near Dobropillia, Solodke, Staroukrainka, Varvarivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Sviatopetrivka, Charivne, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske and Zelene.
On the Orikhiv front, Ukrainian defenders stopped four Russian attempts to advance towards Prymorske and near Plavni.
On the Prydniprovske front, the Russians carried out three assaults towards the Antonivka Bridge and Bilohrudyi Island.
Ukraine's defenders continue to systematically wipe out the Russian forces and are mounting effective resistance across all sectors of the front, the General Staff emphasised.
