Oleg Danyliuk is a visionary technology leader of the IT company Duanex, which delivers impactful and hands-on software solutions for businesses. He also serves as CTO of startup Insyghtful, which provides an AI-powered sales assistant that helps you in real-time during the call.
What do you currently do and what’s your favorite part about it?
I currently develop and scale AI-operated products with Duanex and Insyghtful. My work centers on building and testing new AI agents and platforms like precalliq.com and teamulate.com for my business. I enjoy the process of vibe-coding, as it allows experimenting, building, and refining new AI solutions that can immediately create impact. Building AI that feels intuitive and actually improves how teams think and operate is the most rewarding part of what I do right now.

At the same time, the main business is an outstaffing of software developers, and my company, Duanex, grows from year to year.
How did you get started with your Tech Career?
My sister’s husband once brought an old Intel i486 PC to our home — it had just 4MB of RAM, which even at the time wasn’t much. I played all the games that machine could handle, and eventually I ran out of anything that would actually run on it. As the computer was too slow for the new software, upgrading wasn’t an option so, I started experimenting and learning how to program instead. My curiosity pushed me toward programming and shaped my entire tech career.
Tell us more about the things you write/make/manage/build!
I build and manage software and AI-driven solutions to help businesses automate processes and work more efficiently. A big part of what I create is practical AI agents and tools that assist teams before meetings, analyze conversations, give prompts during calls, optimize decision-making, or streamline internal operations.
I focus on making technology useful and easy to apply, not overly complex.
This is how I started PreCall IQ - that was a tool for myself to prepare for the business calls. And Teamulate - the tool we used in Duanex for leaves management was deprecated, and I couldn’t find a replacement that would satisfy all our needs, so we built our own platform.
The main reason I joined Insyghtful AI is that I am not the best salesman, so the idea of having real-time help on a sales call really resonated with me.
How do you feel about AI?
I feel excited about AI — but also realistic.
AI is one of the most powerful leverage tools we’ve ever had. It can accelerate thinking, automate repetitive work, surface insights faster, and unlock creativity at scale. Used well, it doesn’t replace people — it amplifies them.
At the same time, I’m very aware of the risks: overreliance, bias, shallow thinking, and the temptation to outsource judgment instead of improving it.
So for me, AI is infrastructure. And like any powerful infrastructure, its impact depends entirely on how intentionally we design and use it.
What can you advise others about AI
I keep up with the latest AI trends and tools. I regularly try on emerging AI products and features from major platforms like OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity AI. I believe reading about AI isn’t enough — you have to experiment hands-on to truly understand what it’s capable. Only by testing tools in real scenarios can you see where the real potential and the real limitations are.
So the best advice, in my opinion, would be to actually try AI tool in daily work. Forget about AI as a chatbot — it is already much more and can do incredible things. The less you use it, the more competitors will be ahead of you.
