Air Defense Forces shot down 93 of the 102 drones used by Russian forces to attack Ukraine since the evening of March 26.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram.
Starting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, the enemy launched 102 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as other types of drones, from the following directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russian Federation), and Hvadiiske (temporarily occupied Crimea), with approximately 60 of them being Shahed-type drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 27, Air Defense Forces shot down or neutralized 93 UAVs in the north, south, and east of the country.
Nine strike drones were recorded hitting eight locations, and debris from downed drones was found at four locations.
As reported by Ukrinform, eight people were injured in Kharkiv following a strike by Russian drones on a residential high-rise building on the night of March 27.
