Drones hit an oil refinery in Russia’s Samara Oblast, sparking a fire, while another industrial site was also attacked in Krasnodar Krai.

Drones have attacked the Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery in Russia's Samara Oblast, causing a fire at the facility.

Details: Local residents reported that the first explosions had been heard at around 05:30 Kyiv time. The sounds of blasts were reported in the eastern and northern parts of the city.
Numerous photos and videos circulating on social media show drones flying over the area and a major fire in the city's industrial zone. Footage shows a large column of fire and smoke rising near the refinery.
There is currently no official information about damage or possible casualties and Russian authorities have not yet commented on the incident.
In addition, drones also attacked an industrial facility in Tikhoretsk in Russia's Krasnodar Krai overnight, causing a fire. A total of 224 firefighters and 56 fire appliances were involved in firefighting efforts.
For reference: The Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery processes 8.8 million tonnes of crude annually, producing more than 20 types of commercial products, and is used to support the Russian forces.
Background: On the night of 17-18 April, drones attacked an oil depot near Kozacha Bay in temporarily occupied Crimea, causing a fire.
