Details: According to Klitschko, flags will be flown at half-mast on all municipal buildings across the city. The city authorities have also recommended that state flags be lowered on government and privately owned buildings.
All entertainment events in Kyiv have been cancelled for the day.

On 1 July, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Russia was preparing another large-scale strike on Ukraine.
It later emerged that Russian forces had launched drone attacks on Kyiv, followed by missiles.
Thirteen people have been killed and 86 injured in the Russian strike on the city of Kyiv on the night of 1-2 July. Seven people have been pulled alive from under the rubble.
The Kyiv authorities have also set up assistance centres for residents of damaged buildings and published their locations, contact details and information on how to apply for financial assistance.
