Ukraine targets Russian oil refinery in long-range drone operation

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on June 20 that Ukraine's Special Operations Forces had struck an oil refinery in Russia's Tyumen region, more than 2,000 kilometers (1,240 miles) from the Ukrainian border.
