Over the past 24 hours, on March 30, 140 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded on the front lines.
According to Ukrinform, this is stated in a Facebook post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the situation as of 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31.
The enemy carried out 85 airstrikes, dropping 266 guided bombs. In addition, the Russians deployed 9,132 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,964 shelling attacks, including 77 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The Russian Federation’s army carried out airstrikes on Hlukhiv, Volfyne, Yastrubshchyna, Lisne, and Vilna Sloboda in the Sumy region; Havrylivka, Lisne, Levadne, and Pokrovske in the Dnipropetrovsk region; and Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka, Shyroke, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, and Orikhiv in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The Air Force, Rocket Forces, and Artillery of the Defense Forces struck two areas where Russian troops were concentrated and one Russian UAV command post.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one combat engagement occurred; the enemy carried out two airstrikes, dropping four guided bombs, and conducted 117 shelling attacks, including three from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian forces attempted three times to break through defensive lines in the areas of Starytsia, Vovchansk, and toward Khatne.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy launched 11 attacks toward Novoosynove, Kurylivka, Borivska Andriivka, Pishchane, and Kupiansk.
In the Lyman sector, Russian forces launched four attacks in the areas of Drobysheve and Novoyehorivka.
In the Sloviansk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled four attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Zakitne.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the Russian army did not conduct any offensive operations.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 17 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Kleban-Byk, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Novopavlivka, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the Defense Forces repelled 29 Russian assaults in the areas of Toretske, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, and Molodetske.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attacked nine times in the areas of Berezove, Kalynivske, Zlahoda, and toward Oleksandrohrad and Verbove.
In the Huliaipole sector, there were 13 Russian attacks in the areas of Huliaipole, Bilohiria, and toward Huliaipole, Staroukrainka, and Zaliznychne.
In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
In the Prydniprovske sector, no enemy offensive operations were recorded.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups were detected.
As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022, to March 31, 2026, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,297,670 personnel.
