Zelenskyy: Netherlands agrees to host Special Tribunal on Russia's aggression
The Dutch government has agreed to host the Special Tribunal that will seek to hold Russia's top leadership accountable for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

The Dutch government has expressed its willingness to host the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
Details: Zelenskyy and Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten held a phone call on the evening of 3 July. The Ukrainian president briefed Jetten on the consequences of the latest Russian overnight attacks.
Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine's partners had expressed their commitment to take further steps to protect lives and that air defence remains one of the key areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the Netherlands.
He also thanked Jetten's government for its decision to host a fully fledged Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
"This decision will make it possible to hold Russia's highest political and military leadership accountable for the crime of aggression itself, not only for its consequences," the president wrote, adding that the two leaders had also agreed on a schedule for their upcoming meetings.

At a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on 15 May, participants approved a key decision in the process of launching the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said in Chișinău that the tribunal would help Russian leader Vladimir Putin achieve his dream of going down in history.
