Drones attacked the port of Vysotsk in Russia's Leningrad Oblast on the night of 3-4 July.

Details: Russian Telegram channels reported that eyewitnesses had posted footage from St Petersburg showing a fire at an industrial facility following an overnight attack by Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Drozdenko announced that an air-raid warning had been issued in Leningrad Oblast at around 04:00 (Kyiv time) due to the threat of drones.
Drozdenko claimed after 07:30 that Russian air defences had shot down "several dozen enemy UAVs".
"Falling debris was recorded near the port of Vysotsk," he added.
Update: According to Astra, the St Petersburg Oil Terminal came under attack.
Astra also reported that smoke had been seen rising over the Ugolnaya (Coal) Harbour area in the south-eastern part of the city following warnings of a drone attack.
Astra said its Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis indicates that the fire broke out at the St Petersburg Oil Terminal JSC, located in close proximity to the Port of St Petersburg. The facility is used to transfer crude oil and petroleum products between rail, pipeline and maritime transport.
One of the videos appears to show that it is not an oil storage tank that is burning, but a railway tanker wagon on nearby sidings. However, the attack is ongoing and the number of seats of fire is increasing.
