Qatari television station says Israeli missiles damaged its office in Tehran

Qatar-based Al Araby TV Network said an Israeli missile slammed into its office building in Iran's capital, Tehran, forcing its live broadcast to stop, and left "extensive damage" to the office.

In a video posted on the channel's social media accounts, one of its reporters showed the damage to the office. Equipment, furniture, and debris could be seen scattered on the ground.

Rubble and damaged vehicles down the street could be seen in the video.

Report: Iran internet blackout enters day 30, Starlink users targeted by police

Iran's nationwide internet blackout has entered its 30th day, with connectivity to the outside world still at roughly 1 percent of normal levels, according to monitoring group NetBlocks.

Amid the prolonged shutdown, Iranian authorities have intensified a crackdown on alternative internet access. According to Iran International English news, police said they blocked 61 bank accounts linked to users of Starlink satellite internet in the central city of Yazd, seized several devices and detained six people.

Officials accused those targeted of selling access to the service, sharing information with foreign-based media and engaging in activities deemed hostile. The detainees were referred to prosecutors, police said.

The report said the move is part of a broader wave of arrests in recent days tied to security allegations, including contacts with foreign outlets and online activity, as well as the seizure of weapons, explosives and Starlink equipment.

Starlink is banned in Iran, where the ongoing blackout has left satellite services among the few remaining ways to access the global internet.
