On Friday morning, April 17, the Russian army used an unmanned aerial vehicle to strike a route bus in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, the attack occurred at around 07:00.
This time, a route bus operated by a private carrier came under enemy fire.
According to preliminary information, neither the driver nor the passengers were injured.
Also, at around 06:30 on Friday, explosives were dropped from a drone onto a cyclist in a suburb of Kherson, the city military administration reported on Facebook.
As a result of the attack, a 70-year-old man sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs.
The injured man is under medical supervision, and further examinations are ongoing. The Kherson Regional Military Administration уточнила that the attack occurred near Inzhenerne.
As Ukrinform previously reported, over the past day Russian forces used drones, artillery, and aircraft to attack 31 settlements in the Kherson region, injuring nine people.
