Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President, said that a prisoner exchange could take place in the near future.

According to a Ukrinform correspondent, he made these remarks during an open discussion with students at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

“God willing, you’ll see an exchange in the coming days,” Budanov said.

As reported by Ukrinform, Andrii Yusov, deputy head of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, stated that more than 7,000 Ukrainians have already been returned from Russian captivity, and work on exchanges is ongoing.
